How It Works
Register for the LeSS Coach program
Choose 1, 2, or 3 preferred mentors you'd like to work with
If desired, have an introduction call with the preferred mentors
Choose your final mentor to work with
Discuss pre-requisites with your mentor
Complete the required reading, training and assessment
Book your review session. The review fee (€350 per reviewer) is deducted from your certificate payment, so it does not add to your total
Your mentor approves you as Certified LeSS Coach
Complete your certification payment (minus the review fee already paid)
Congratulations, you've earned the credential. Now the real journey starts
Start your dedicated mentorship journey
You already in contact with a Mentor?
In case you already know one of the Mentors (or Certified LeSS Trainers), you can directly contact him/her and discuss the possibility for a mentorship.
The Mentor can fast-track you into the program and you can go directly to step 5.
